SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping Across India

We offer FREE shipping across India on all eligible orders.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
• Orders placed before 1:00 PM (IST) on a working day are generally dispatched on the same day, subject to payment confirmation, stock availability, and security verification.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM (IST) will be dispatched on the next business day.
• Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
• During peak seasons, festive periods, or promotional events, dispatch timelines may be extended.

Customized & Personalized Orders

Products requiring customization, personalization, engraving, artwork approval, or special production may require additional processing time and are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Delivery Limitations

• We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
• Deliveries to remote or rural locations may require additional transit time.
• Customers are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or government charges applicable in their state or region.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by Customer

• Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
• A payment gateway/bank processing charge of 4% may be deducted from the refund amount.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted through email with the order number.

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered the processing or production stage.

General Cancellation Conditions

If a cancellation request is received after the order has been processed, packed, customized, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Artistic Adda reserves the right to determine whether an order qualifies for cancellation. The company’s decision regarding order cancellation shall be final.

Cancellation by Artistic Adda

Artistic Adda reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Pricing errors
• Product unavailability
• Payment verification issues
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Any unforeseen operational reasons

In such cases, customers will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

If delivery fails due to incorrect shipping information, recipient unavailability, or any customer-related issue, additional shipping charges for re-delivery may be applicable.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

We take great care to ensure every product reaches you in excellent condition. However, replacement requests will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

• Product received in damaged condition.
• Manufacturing defect found in the product.
• Incorrect product delivered.

Replacement Request Timeline

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing: artisticadda.14@gmail.com

Please include:

• Order Number
• Product photographs
• Description of the issue

Replacement requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:

1. Used products.
2. Opened products where applicable.
3. Customized or personalized products unless damaged or defective.
4. Products returned without original packaging.
5. Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.

Return Process

1. Email our support team with your order details and issue description.
2. Wait for return authorization from Artistic Adda.
3. Once approved, return the product as instructed.
4. After inspection and quality verification, a replacement or refund will be processed as applicable.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Replacement Deliveries

Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or access issues, additional shipping charges may apply.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds Due to Product Unavailability

If a replacement product is unavailable:

• We may offer an alternative product of similar value.
• The customer may choose either the replacement or a refund.

If Artistic Adda is unable to fulfill a confirmed order due to stock or supplier issues, the customer will receive a 100% refund.

If the delivery location falls outside our serviceable area, a 100% refund will be issued.

Refunds Requested by Customers

• If a customer declines a suitable replacement option, a refund of up to 75% of the order value may be issued, depending on the circumstances.
• Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and successfully passes quality inspection.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
